I have reviewed more than 1,000 applications and resumes, conducted hundreds of interviews, and participated directly in candidate selection and hiring decisions across different industries and levels of seniority.
That experience revealed a clear pattern: many qualified professionals are eliminated before the first interview—not because they lack experience, but because their resume, LinkedIn profile, communication, or positioning does not clearly demonstrate their value.
